BAGGAGE INFORMATION

TRAVEL INFORMATION

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR ON THESE BEFORE TRAVELING
If you have any medical concerns about making a long journey, or if you suffer from a respiratory or cardiovascular condition, it is best to consult your doctor before traveling. Think about the destination as well as the journey. Ask your doctor whether you will need any vaccinations or special medication. Note that some high altitude or industrial cities can aggravate asthma or other respiratory ailments.

Medication
There are many over-the-counter medications available. But we recommend that you always consult your doctor to determine which are suitable for you. Requirements for flying during pregnancy. Expectant mothers need to carry a medical certificate issued by a VOG (Visiting Obstetrics and Gynaecologists) within 3 days of departure confirming the date of delivery and fitness to fly.

Avoid overeating
During a long flight, when your body is considerably less active than usual, your digestive system slows down and is less able to digest large quantities of food. Eat lightly and sensibly before the flight.

Arrive early
Allow yourself plenty of time to check-in, shop and reach the boarding gate. Rushing can place your body under mental and physical stress. Try to relax as much as possible at the airport. If you are traveling in Business Class, arrive early and enjoy the lounge facilities.

Travel lightly
Avoid over packing
Avoid carrying heavy bags through the airport and on to the aircraft. This may place the body under considerable stress. Carry only essential items with you that you will need during your flight.

Smoking policy
Smoking of E-cigarettes is not permitted, Smoking of any kins is not permitted.

Wear glasses instead of contact lenses
The aircraft cabin air is drier than you may be used to and your contact lenses may cause eye irritation. We recommend that you wear your glasses in-flight. Your eyes will feel fresher and less tired when you arrive and you can then put your contact lenses back in.

For infants and kids passengers
Baby food is available upon request from a Cabin crew, as are special cots. Games are on hand to keep children occupied during the flight.

For your well-being
A number of over-the-counter medicines are available from our Cabin crew.

Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility
If you need a wheelchair to help you through the airport, please request at the time of making your booking so that we may endeavor to provide this service. Visually impaired or hearing impaired passengers. If you require meet-and-assist service or if you need to be guided to or from the aircraft, please notify the booking agent at the time of making your reservation.

Safety first
Mobile phones are not permitted to be used on ground while the aircraft is refueling and once the doors are closed, even on flight mode.
